








Can I mix and match designs to get the perfect one?
Yes! Please do not limit yourself by feeling as though you have to just love one of our designs, we can mix and match ideas, wording, fonts, colors, and layout to create the most unique one for you! Also, we can switch around and use a baby boy design for a girl or vise versa.
Any suggestions for different wording?
You may look at the website www.verseit.com for great wording suggestions. If you still are having trouble coming up with the perfect phrase, we will gladly work with you to find the ideal wording design.
How long will my order take to process?
After we receive your email, you will immediately be sent an order form where you will receive all necessary instructions and information on uploading your images. Once you have submitted all the necessary information, we will begin designing your proof. After we receive payment, we will email you a proof of your design. Once we have the final approval, the design will print within 2-3 business days and will ship the following 2-3 business days. We typically ship USPS Priority Mail which is 2-3 business days to most locations. The whole process takes typically 2 weeks.
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments processed PayPal, a secure website. We also accept money orders or personal checks through US mail. Personal checks will be held for 10 days and must clear before work begins.
Also, it is helpful to have the envelopes ahead of time, especially with birth and wedding announcements when your time is precious! These will ship within two business days of the order being received. The additional charge for this service is $5.00 and envelopes will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. You will have the ability to order envelopes early when you fill out your order form.
What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS Priority Mail shipping service (2-3 day delivery time). On occasions, we will ship UPS Ground. If you need overnight shipping it is $24.99. You will have the option on the order form.
Can you change my color photo's to black and white or sepia?
Yes, we can change any color photos to black and white or sepia coloring.
What do you recommend for submitting my photos?
The higher the image quality of the picture you submit is directly related to how the picture will print on the cards. Recommendations for scanning are to use nothing smaller then a 4x6 print at 300 dpi resolution.
If you are sending us pictures from your digital camera, import them at their original size to your computer and then attach the full-size .jpg images and email them to us at simplyannounceit@gmail.comIs the coloring going to be an exact match to what I see on my computer monitor?
Keep in mind that every computer monitor has different color calibration and your order may or may not be the exact color variations that you see on your monitor.
Can I use photo's taken by a professional photographer?
Yes, but we will need a release from the photographer. If you need a release form you will be able to request one on the order form. We will assume that the photograph is your own property and legally yours to reproduce, if you do not send a release or request a release form.
I received the products and there was an error, what should I do?
If the error was our fault (i.e. the final product was different than the approved proof) we will reprint at no charge to you. If the error was yours or you left something out, we will still be happy to reprint them but we will charge you again and discount the order 20%. You will, however, still need to pay the shipping.
Do you have a refund policy?
There are no refunds on these custom orders , all sales are final. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We encourage you to have a few people proof read the design proof before you approve it.
